Shipping Information
U.S. Domestic Shipping
We offer several shipping options within the United States. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, not including weekends or federal holidays, with an additional day for processing. For updates on your order status, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
International Shipping
We are happy to serve customers outside the U.S.! Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. ENVY Pickleball is not liable for any country-specific restrictions, duties, taxes, or other fees collected.
Missing Package?
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check areas such as your front porch, side door, back porch, garage, bushes, or mailbox. You may also want to ask your neighbors if they received it by mistake. If the package is still missing after 3 more days, please contact us at info@envypickleball.com.
ENVY Pickleball is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, such as wrong apartment/house numbers or street names. We are also not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. Please reach out to the carrier with your full name and tracking number for assistance.
ENVY Pickleball cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, including stolen or missing packages. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Return Policy
Customers have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item. To receive full credit, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging (including plastic wrap) and accessories. Items not in resalable condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Paddles deemed unacceptable will not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty
Our products come with a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase. Any defects deemed to be the result of a manufacturing issue will be covered by ENVY Pickleball.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear from play, negligence, abuse, or accidents. It also does not cover theft, loss, faded graphics, worn grip tape, or general wear and tear. Only the original purchaser is eligible for warranty coverage.
ENVY Pickleball reserves the right to inspect all products for defects. Warranty claims will be approved at our discretion.
